• Fielding heavy call volume and handling all correspondence on behalf of principle
• Co-ordinating travel itineraries both domestic and international, as well as confirming all pertaining travel details
• Liaising with the principal’s business team on all business endeavors
• Attend events and meetings as the principal’s representative and gatekeeper
• Review and authorize household bills and vendor selection, correspondence and projects
• Monitor personal expenses; create ad oversee monthly/annual budgets for residences and renovation projects
• Serve as all-around gatekeeper to company MD
• Full execution of all special requests as well as the ability to handle multiple projects with ease
