How To Become a Successful Freelance Blogger

Create Your Own Business Instead

Millennials have an advantage in the work force that not enough people are taking advantage of. We were the first generation to be raised completely immersed in the technology world, and we have an inherently strong grasp of social media and online communication. These skills alone can open up a whole new array of job opportunities that you never before knew existed. Add in technical or coding training, and there is no reason you can’t create your own business. All you need is the confidence to go out and use that technology to create your own job.

If your traditional job search hasn’t yet yielded positive results, try a more unconventional tactic. If you are willing to utilize your communication and technology skills, you have the ability to become your own boss by starting your own business instead.
The great thing about starting your own business online is that there is little start-up costs. Unlike traditional brick and mortar businesses that take thousands to launch, you can launch an internet-based business for less than $1,000.

Become a Freelance Blogger

If you want to have the freedom of self-employment and the possibility of a limitless income, freelance blogging is a lucrative business option to consider. Essentially, other blogs will hire you to write their content for them, and you can write from anywhere.
You can start your own blog using a free, hosted platform like WordPress or Blogger and then use it as a portfolio to market your writing skills. The key with freelance blogging is that you become your own brand and people hire you for your writing abilities in a particular area.
I’ll be very transparent here. One of the first ways I made “a lot” of money blogging was actually writing for others. I would write articles for people’s blogs, and get paid per article. I started out charging just $20 for a 500 word article, and $50 for a 1,000 word article. Over time, by building a solid reputation and consistently delivering great articles, I was able to charge more and work less. In 2012, I made over $10,000 freelance blogging for others.

If you have the time, you can easily make $10,000 or more – just writing for others!

  1. That is a drawback. Crypto Bitcoin is hard to get. Even after all of this, I still loved Crypto Bitcoin. In theory I must not disown this important theory. This rings a bell. This article is not in relation to Crypto Bitcoin. Have you determined the same thing?
